Deposits are released 24-48 hours after the gear is returned in good condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Owner Payouts
Gear owners receive payouts after successful rentals are completed. Payments are processed weekly and sent to your chosen payout method.

Service Fees
- Renter service fee: 10% of rental cost
- Owner service fee: 3% of payout amount
- Payment processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30
