Community Guidelines
Adventure starts with trust.
StompGear is more than a rental platform — it’s a community of riders, explorers, and gear owners who share the outdoors responsibly. These guidelines explain how we keep StompGear safe, fair, and fun for everyone.
Our Core Values
Trust & Respect
Real names, honest reviews, and mutual respect keep our community strong.
Safety First
Prioritizing the safety and well-being of all members, on and off the trail.
Enforcement
Guidelines matter. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or removal.
For Renters- Treat gear like it’s your own
Return gear on time, cleaned, and in good condition
Follow owner instructions, safety tips, and local rules.
Message owners quickly if something goes wrong — clear communication solves most issues
Misuse, unsafe operation, or breaking rules may void Protection Plan
Need tips? See our Care & Maintenance Guide and Wear & Tear Guide
For Owners- Keep gear safe, fair, and ready to ride
List only well-maintained, safe, and accurately described gear.
Be clear about pickup times, acceptable use, and return conditions.
